Join me for this beautiful and uplifting, women-only midsummer mini retreat at Purusha Retreats where we will move, dance and sing in the light of the night.
This evening retreat will include somatic yoga, chakra dancing, sound healing, meditation, togetherness and delicious food.
Purusha is the perfect venue for this midsummer mini retreat, where we can use all its beautiful spaces.
Be surrounded in nature as we move and dance, either outside, under canvas or in the Kula dome, walk in the meadow, find a quiet spot to soak up the sounds and atmosphere of this stunning venue, be lulled into deep relaxation by the resonant sounds by Caroline Needham, enjoy tasty treats by Holly. We’ll head to the dias to watch the sunset and gather around the fire pit for songs and sharing. The talented Sally-Anne Marler from The Creative You will be guiding us to open our hearts through song and sound.
