Energy Connections: Sitting within the South

Energy connections Classes are 2.5 hours. You'll join Anna working in the directions of the medicine wheel, you are held in sacred space as we explore the connections between our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. Each Class focuses on one of the directions, working with the elements to support personal transformation and spiritual growth. Workshops include working with the elements of the Medicine Wheel, Storytelling in Sacred space, Ceremonial work, Music, Movement, Meditation and more..

Welcome and opening space; Welcoming our guides, Breathwork for intuitive connection, Setting our intentions.

 Introduction to the direction for today's work;
Self-inquiry- Connecting with the Energy Centres:   (This content will change as per direction)
Exploring our day-to-day connections to our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy.

Guided Shamanic Meditation & Energy Work: (This content will change as per direction)
*Relaxation and removal of blockages
*Energy work for rebalance and restoration, working with our guides to restore the energy centres

*Integration of the spiritual and physical energy harmonising the power centers

-Gratitude and Sacred Space for personal integration: Community sharing (with a cup of Tea)
