Working in the directions of the medicine wheel, you are held in sacred space as we explore the connections between our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energy. Each workshop focuses on one of the directions, working with the elements to support personal transformation and spiritual growth.
Our workshops are open to all and suitable for all levels. Themes and topics vary for each workshop and will include Shamanic Meditation, Storytelling in Sacred space, Shamanic Energy work, Music, Ceremonial work, Movement, Song and Voice and more...
